Bagel Shops on Wheels

​You can't see them, but under my bagel shop on a shelf, are four wheels. They were attached by my husband after I had this portable store idea. My store is more march than food, but my four-year-old loves restocking the shop with the real bagels!

There are so many places on wheels to buy bagels, including from a bicycle in New York. And as I formally begin this journey of book publishing, I like to think of the forward momentum of all of these bagels on wheels, and the literal road we are traveling down.
